- 80 g shrimp peeled
- 2 eggs
- 55 g salmon salted
- 1 (~100g) tomato
- 30 g cheese grated
- mayonnaise to taste
- red caviar optional, for decoration
- parsley optional, for decoration
- Make layers using a cooking ring, the first layer made of boiled shrimp. The second layer, finely chopped boiled eggs. Third layer with the slices of salted salmon. Next layer of diced tomato without seeds and juice, and lastly, grater cheese. Decorate with mayonnaise, caviar and parsley.
