Crispy skin and juicy chicken

For crispy skin and juicy chicken you don’t need to do a lot. Super easy recipe: dry a whole chicken with paper towel, put in a baking sheet; you don’t need to put any spices, but I put some on top for chicken. Then pour some salt around the chicken or in the corners of baking sheet, I put about a handful in each corner. In the oven, the chicken will let its juice out and take in as much salt as needed. The oven 200C for 1 hr 30 min
