Today is Italian from one of my favorite actor and chef, Stanley Tucci, roasted potatoes with rosemary (patate arrosto) and chicken on a brick with lemon and rosemary (pollo al mattone con limone e rosmarino). The smell and the taste are amazing, plus really easy to make.

Vegetables stir fry with our favorite wings: I usually marinate the wings, this time I used ‘Asian flavores’ marinade. Before cooking, dry the wings, roll in flour, cornstarch and backin powder. Cook in the oven at 210C for 30 minutes, turn over and cook for another 20-25 minutes.

Hainan chicken and rice

today I made Hainan chicken and rice, with 3 different and unique dipping sauces, ginger & spring onion sauce; soy dipping sauce; chilli-garlic sauce, our favorite. Also, chicken broth. Everything was so good, flavorful, fresh. it took much longer to prepare/ cook it than I thought it will, but it, definitely, worth it!
