Besides making a salad, you can instead make stuffed eggs. Just finely chop the egg yolks, anchovies and tuna, mix with mayonnaise and stuff with these egg whites. Garnish with herbs.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs boiled
- 4-5 anchovies
- 150-200 g canned tuna
- pepper to taste
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tomatoes
- herbs
Instructions
- Clean and chop the eggs into small cubes. Dry the anchovies with a paper towel and chop very finely. Mash the tuna with a fork (don’t add liquid). Mix together with mayonnaise and black pepper. Garnish with herbs and serve with tomato.
