I love this appetizer! I cook this dish often for parties and everyone likes them. It is better to cook with red, yellow or orange peppers, more flavorful and tastier!

- 2 bell peppers
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- small bunch of cilantro leaves
- salt to taste
- vinegar to taste
- olive oil to taste
- Put the pepper in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes . Cooking makes it easier to peel the skin from the pepper. After baking, peel off the skins and seed the peppers.
- Next, cut into strips and put on a plate. Add a little salt and vinegar.
- In a mortar, add chopped garlic, chopped cilantro, and salt. Crush the mixture with the mortar and add little bit more vinegar and olive oil. Mix it. Pour this marinate on the top of pepper spreading it on every piece of pepper. On the top pour a little more oil if necessary. Marinate it about 3-6 hours before serving.
