This Greek salad recipe has the classic combination of cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, and feta. Very easy delicious and healthy recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 long cucumber
- 3-4 large ripe tomatoes
- feta to taste
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 tbsp olives
- olive oil
- salt, pepper to taste
- oregano
- basil
Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into large chunks and finely chop the basil and oregano. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Add the cheese and olives to the salad, season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.
