You can make this salad using frozen corn or grilled corn. Sweet corn and bacon- what's not to like?
- Cook the corn as indicated on the package then cool it. If you are using grilled corn, cut the kernels from the cob.
- Fry the chopped bacon until golden brown in a frying pan, add the butter, then corn, paprika, salt and pepper, stir and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
