- 3 chicken legs
- 4 medium potatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp sage leaves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes and then cut each into 4 pieces. Cut the chicken legs into 2 pieces and slice the garlic and onion. Place half of thyme together with 3 cloves of sliced garlic under the chicken skin, then season with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat the butter and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and fry the chicken on all sides until golden brown. Slice half the lemon and squeeze the juice from the other half over chicken.
- Pour the oil from the pan where you fried your chicken into a bowl, the juice of half a lemon, the other half of chopped sage and thyme leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste, add the potatoes, 3 cloves of sliced garlic, lemon sliced, sliced onion, and mix well. Put everything in the pan with the chicken on top and cook in a preheated 200 'C (390 F) oven for 30 minutes.
