- 25-30 cherry tomatoes
- 10 basil leaves
- 2-3 tbsp feta diced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 40 ml (1.35oz) olive oil
- Finely chop the garlic and pour olive oil over it and let set for an hour or two. After you can throw away the garlic or use it in another dish.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 or 4 pieces, finely chop the basil leaves. Mix together with feta cheese. On top, pour garlic oil and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
