  1. Preheat oven to 200'C ( 390F), put pepper on a baking sheet or grill, and bake for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Then let the pepper cool and clean the skin, remove seeds and cut it into strips.
  2. Clean the shallots and chop into small pieces, cut the garlic into thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the shallots and garlic about 3 minutes. Add vinegar, sugar, hot pepper, salt, stir, then add strips of peppers. Once again mix and cook for about 1 minute.
