Rainbow Salad
Delicious, fun and colorful salad. Great idea for a party since it’s quick to prepare on the spot and you can mix the salad with mayonnaise before serving it in front of friends. I usually cook pork, the meat is more tender than beef and doesn’t overpower the vegetables.

Ingredients
- 100 g carrots fresh, grated
- 100 g cabbage fresh
- 100 g beets fresh, grated
- 200-250 g pork or beef
- 200 g potatoes fresh, grated
- mayonnaise to taste
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- parsley, dill or cilantro
- salt, pepper to taste
- olive oil for the meat and potatoes
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and grate the beets and carrots. Next, grate the potatoes and rinse the starch and fry it in oil, adding salt and pepper. Cut the meat into small cubes and fry in oil, salt and pepper as well. Put all ready ingredients separately in a bowls.
- Place the ingredients separately in small groups in a bowl and add the mayonnaise with garlic in the center and sprinkle with herbs. When ready, just mix together.
