Ingredients
- 3 green plantains
- 115 g butter
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup bell pepper diced
- 2 bouillon cubes chicken
- pepper to taste
- garlic salt or to taste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- tabasco to taste
Instructions
- Boil the plantains with peel for around 10 min. Peel them and process in the food processor.
- Cook the butter in a pan, add celery, onion, peppers, garlic, cilantro, chicken bouillon, pepper, add the plantains, heavy cream and tabasco.
