  1. Clean the mango and wash and dry the tomatoes and cucumber. Finely dice the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and mango, then chop the cilantro. Remove the seeds from the serrano pepper and finely chop. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, lime and whole orange. Mix everything in a large bowl, add salt to taste, cover and let stay in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
