Crepes with Nutella and Peaches
Simple and easy recipe. These crepes can be served with a sweet topping (like honey, whipped cream, chocolate, jam and etc), fruit, meat or vegetable fillings. In this recipe, you can also use other fruits like bananas or berries/strawberries, etc.

Ingredients
- 80 g flour for the dough
- 3 eggs for the dough
- 350 ml milk for the dough
- 1 pinch salt for the dough
- 10 g sugar for the dough
- 60 g butter melted, for the dough
- cаnola oil for frying
- Nutella for the filling
- peach for the filling
Instructions
- Beat the flour, sugar, eggs and salt in a deep bowl. Pour the melted butter and beat again.
- Heat the pan and add a little oil (I use spray oil usually for this). Spread evenly on the pan about 50 ml of batter using a ladle.
- Fry the crepes on both sides until cooked golden brown.
- Spread Nutella on each crepe, add the sliced peaches (or other fruit) wrap and serve.
