Crepes with Nutella and Peaches

Simple and easy recipe. These crepes can be served with a sweet topping (like honey, whipped cream, chocolate, jam and etc), fruit, meat or vegetable fillings. In this recipe, you can also use other fruits like bananas or berries/strawberries, etc.

  1. Beat the flour, sugar, eggs and salt in a deep bowl. Pour the melted butter and beat again.
  2. Heat the pan and add a little oil (I use spray oil usually for this). Spread evenly on the pan about 50 ml of batter using a ladle.
  3. Fry the crepes on both sides until cooked golden brown.
  4. Spread Nutella on each crepe, add the sliced peaches (or other fruit) wrap and serve.
