Tasty, colorful and original salad. Use only red or yellow bell peppers. I prefer to fry the chicken in olive oil with some spices as it turns out tender and juicy. This dressing is very delicious with rice and vegetables!

  1. Bake the peppers and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and peel off the skin. Remove the skin from the cooked chicken and cut into strips, slice the olives. Boil the rice in a salted water.
  2. For the salad dressing, beat the oil with salt, vinegar, and mustard. Combine the rice, vegetables and chicken and add the dressing. Put the salad mixture inside the peppers and serve immediately.
