Breaded Baked Chicken Wings
Juicy tasty wings with a crispy crust. I used Italian herb breadcrumbs since it adds a nice flavor to the wings. Serve with a spicy sauce and of course with a beer!

Ingredients
- 0.5 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1.5-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- half of tomato
- 1 tsp ginger finely grated
- 1-2 tsp lime or lemon juice
Instructions
- Cut chicken wings into 2 parts, rinse, dry with a paper towel. Mix in a blender the garlic, tomato, ginger, vegetable oil, soy sauce and lime juice. Beat well and pour the marinade over the wings. Cover and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. After, remove the excess marinade.
- Put the breadcrumbs in a plastic bag and add the wings. Close the bag and shake well, making sure the wings are all covered with crumbs.
- Spray a baking pan with oil, add the wings and bake in an oven at 200'C 30-45 minutes or until fully cooked.
