  1. Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Cut the tomato into slices and finely chop the garlic. Cut the cheese into medium pieces. Fry the garlic cloves and tomatoes in olive oil about 3 minutes, then reduce heat, add balsamic vinegar and cook for 3 minutes, then add the asparagus to the pan, season with salt. Fry everything quickly for about 30 seconds. Arrange asparagus on a platter with the tomatoes, pepper, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
