  1. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 2 pieces and cut into thin slice. Finely chop the green onions. Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste in a bowl.
  2. Put the cucumbers and onion in another bowl, pour the marinade on top, cover and leave in marinade for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Before serving sprinkle with sesame seeds.
