Ingredients
- 1 long cucumber English
- small bunch green onions
- 1 onion sweet, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste sweet-spicy
- sesame seeds to taste
Instructions
- Cut the cucumber lengthwise into 2 pieces and cut into thin slice. Finely chop the green onions. Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili paste in a bowl.
- Put the cucumbers and onion in another bowl, pour the marinade on top, cover and leave in marinade for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Before serving sprinkle with sesame seeds.
