Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour for the bread
- 1 stick butter for the bread
- 2 tsp baking powder for the bread
- 2 tsp sugar for the bread
- 1 tsp salt for the bread
- 2 eggs for the bread
- 1/2 cup milk for the bread
- 1 small diced onion for the filling
- 1 red bell pepper julienned for the filling
- 1 tbsp mustard for the filling
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise for the filling
- 3-4 slices ham for the filling
- 3-4 slices of cheese for the filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, salt, sugar and baking powder. Mix until you get crumbs. Add the eggs slightly mixed, one by one, and mix until you have a soft dough. If the dough is too dry, start adding milk until it's smooth.
- Make a ball and wrap it with plastic and put it on the fridge for at least 10 min.
- Once cooled, extend it over a sprinkle of flour and obtain a rectangle. With a spatula, spread the mayo, the mustard, distribute the onion, pepper, ham and cheese. Roll it and close the ends. Bake 350-375 for about 20 min.
