Ingredients
- 200 g (0.4 lb) salmon fresh
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 egg boiled
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 avocado
- mayonnaise to taste, optional
Instructions
- Cut the fillet into small cubes, add salt and lime juice. Put in the refrigerator and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Finely chop the cucumber, egg and avocado, mix with the salmon, and add the mayonnaise (optional).
