In this recipe, you can use salted or smoked salmon. I also use whipped cream cheese. A great easy appetizer for the holidays and parties!
Ingredients
- English cucumber
- salted or smoked salmon
- cream cheese
- lemon juice
- dill
Instructions
- This appetizer can be served in two ways. First: Cut the fish into small cubes, finely chop the dill, and put everything in a bowl. Add cream cheese to the fish and a few drops of lemon juice, mix well. Slice the cucumber, top with cream cheese and salmon and garnish with dill.
- Second: Cut the fish into thin strips and slice the cucumber. Put the sliced cucumber on a plate, top with cream cheese, then a strip of the fish and garnish with dill.
