Easy, quick recipe, a wonderful side dish to meat or fish. Sweet cherry tomatoes with a nice garlic flavor and aroma of rosemary. Rosemary can be finely chopped or put twigs on top of tomatoes. Instead of rosemary, you can try other herbs such as thyme, oregano or basil.

Ingredients
- 450 g (1lb) cherry tomatoes
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- Peel the garlic, finely chop and pour olive oil on top. Let set about two hours.
- Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet or in a special pot for the oven, sprinkle the top with olive oil and garlic, salt and pepper, and sprinkle with rosemary. Preheat oven to 120'C (250F) and cook the tomatoes about 2-3 hours.
