  1. Peel and core the pears, slice and then fry them in the butter over medium heat with the sugar, stirring gently, about 3 minutes, uncovered. Add a little vanilla in the end, mix gently and set aside to cool.
  2. To prepare the caramel syrup, in a small saucepan mix brown sugar, cream, butter and salt, cook on medium low heat about 5 min. Turn off the heat, add vanilla, stir and let cool.
  3. Add the pear filling to the finished pancakes then wrap and pour caramel syrup on top.
