Ingredients
- 3 pears
- 50 g butter
- 2-3 tbsp brown sugar
- vanila to taste
- 1 cup brown sugar for the syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream for the syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter for the syrup
- pinch salt for the syrup
- vanilla for the syrup
Instructions
- Peel and core the pears, slice and then fry them in the butter over medium heat with the sugar, stirring gently, about 3 minutes, uncovered. Add a little vanilla in the end, mix gently and set aside to cool.
- To prepare the caramel syrup, in a small saucepan mix brown sugar, cream, butter and salt, cook on medium low heat about 5 min. Turn off the heat, add vanilla, stir and let cool.
- Add the pear filling to the finished pancakes then wrap and pour caramel syrup on top.
