4 pieces of sliced bread
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp goat cheese
20 seedless grapes
1 ½ tsp capers
½ tbsp. honey
4 slices of prosciutto
Fully melt the butter, butter both sides of the bread, put in 180 C. oven and bake each side for 5 min. Then broil the bread for 2-3 min. take out of oven after that.
