Maslenitsa!

Maslenitsa is an Eastern Slavic religious and folk holiday where people celebrate saying goodbye to winter and welcoming spring. Like Easter, Maslenitsa is a different day every year, in 2021 it will take place from March 8 to March 14.

I love gardening so much, it makes my world beautiful. I have a vegetable/herb garden, flower gardens, fruit trees and berries. When I am outside I feel happy, too bad we don’t have nice weather all year but when we do, we are gardening! 😉

Chopped garlic tip

A great and simple cooking tip: finely chop fresh garlic (I usually use a Ninja food Processor), put into a container, add olive oil, covering all the garlic, and set it in the fridge. it’s handy when I need to fry something with fresh garlic and saves time with peeling (more…)...
