Orange Madeleine with Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- 113 g butter
- 1 orange zest and the juice of it
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp backing powder
- 1 pinch salt
- chocolate for the decoration
- sprinkles for the decoration
Instructions
- Melt the butter and cool. Sift the flour and mix with baking powder and salt. Beat the eggs in a mixer along with sugar until you get a fluffy foam. Add the orange juice and orange zest, vanilla, then gradually add flour. Stir all together, then pour the melted butter and stir again. Cover the dough and place in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Spray a madeleine form with cooking oil, add the batter and bake in a preheated 190'C (375F) oven for 10-12 min, or until golden.
- Decorate the cookies with melted chocolate and sprinkles
