Great recipe for when you have extra peppers growing in your garden. I usually use a milder pepper but you can change depending on how spicy you like it, as well as what you are growing in your garden. A great side dish for grilling!

Ingredients
- 3 green peppers
- 2 tsp vinegar or to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Fry the peppers in the grill, cool, and remove the skin. Clean the seeds from the peppers and place in a deep dish or bowl, add the finely chopped garlic, salt, vinegar and oil. Stir and marinate a few hours or more.
