Mango Salsa
This refreshing salsa is perfect for summer. Very tasty and flavorful, great for grilled or steamed fish, on meat, or you can serve with chips and beer. Mango can be replaced with pineapple, papaya, apricot or peach and instead of cilantro try basil or parsley.

Ingredients
- 1 small red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- garlic powder
- jalapeno pepper
- 1 fresh mango
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Chop the onion, garlic and jalapeno pepper into small pieces. Cut the mango and red bell pepper into cubes. Mix the ingredients with the chopped cilantro, lime juice and orange juice. Mix well, season with garlic powder and salt and add freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
