  1. Slice the cucumber and radishes. Mix the cheese with chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt and lemon juice and then mix together. If the cheese mix is too dry, add a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
  2. Put the cucumber slices on a dish, top with cheese and cover with a slice of radish and slightly press down. Then add a little bit of sour cream or mayonnaise and decorate with mint leaf on top.
