What makes this snack more interesting is that you can use different herbs to change the flavor dramatically. Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 100 g softened cream cheese or cottage cheese
- garlic powder (to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp chopped chives (or other herbs)
- 6-8 medium radishes
- sour cream or mayonnaise
- mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and radishes. Mix the cheese with chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt and lemon juice and then mix together. If the cheese mix is too dry, add a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
- Put the cucumber slices on a dish, top with cheese and cover with a slice of radish and slightly press down. Then add a little bit of sour cream or mayonnaise and decorate with mint leaf on top.
