- 6 slices french baguette
- olive oil
- salt, pepper to taste
- ~1/4 cup mascarpone
- ~2 tbsp nuts pistachios or pine nuts
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Slice the baguette, place on a baking sheet, spray or brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 min, until lightly toasted. Let the bread cool a little, then spread mascarpone on top as with thin layer. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios or toasted pine nuts and drizzle lightly with honey.
