  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Slice the baguette, place on a baking sheet, spray or brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake for 10 min, until lightly toasted. Let the bread cool a little, then spread mascarpone on top as with thin layer. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios or toasted pine nuts and drizzle lightly with honey.
