Ingredients
- 225 g pasta Capellini
- 200 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt, pepper to taste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup parmesan grated
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- parsley to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the mushrooms and garlic.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep frying pan and fry the mushrooms and garlic over medium heat, stirring all the time, about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper, pour the broth, and boil over high heat. Then add the pasta, reduce the heat slightly and cook for 3 minutes or as indicated on the package. Next add the cheese, and stir 30 seconds, and pour the heavy cream. Turn off the heat, add chopped parsley, stir and serve immediately.
