- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sour cream
- 50 g raisins
- zest from half of one lime
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- half cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- powdered sugar for dusting
- Beat the cottage cheese with sour cream in a food processor, add the eggs, sugar, sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla. Add the lime zest and raisins to this mixture, stir with a spoon and leave for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle a cake pan with flour and pour the cheese mixture. Place in preheated oven for 35 minutes 360F. Take cake, let it cool a little and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
