A great idea for a picnic or a spring, summer, fall dinner, just add the mayonnaise before eating the salad if you are planning to bring it for a picnic. As well, you can use vegetables or olive oil with the addition of a little lemon juice instead of using mayonnaise. If you like it spicy, add some garlic.

Ingredients
- 400 g cabbage
- 1 cucumber
- 2-3 eggs hard-boiled
- ~1 cup corn kernels cooked
- feta cheese to taste
- salt to taste
- ~3 tbsp mayonnaise
- little bit of lemon juice
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage into thin strips and lightly mash with your hands. Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and drain the excess liquid. Chop or grate the boiled eggs, and mix everything with the corn, feta, a little bit of salt, and mayonnaise.
