  1. Boil beet in a water for about 40-50 minutes until cooked. Cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Cut the prunes into small pieces, crush the nuts in a mortar, and crush the garlic. Mix the beet with prunes, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Put in bowl and garnish with greens.
