- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- juice of half lime or to your taste
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- bunch of cilantro leaves
- Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper
- salt to your taste
- Just whip all the ingredients in a blender (I used a hand blender). Taste and add something else or more if needed. The sauce should be smooth and uniform. Serve.
