Toast with Prunes and Bacon Recipe

This delicious appetizer is spicy, easy and quick to prepare. Perfect for a big party.
Ingredients
- 16 large prunes pitted
- 8 thin strips bacon
- half of a sweet apple
- 1 tsp mustard spicy
- 1 tbsp Tobasco sauce or to taste
- 4 pieces bread for toast
Instructions
- Cut strips of bacon diagonally to form 16 wedge-shaped pieces. Cleaned apple and coarsely chop, then put in a blender. Add mustard and tabasco, blend into a puree. Dip prunes in puree and then wrap in bacon, starting with the base of the wedge. Pierce bacon with toothpick, place on parchment covered in a pan. Bake in oven preheated to 430F for10 min. Put prunes with bacon on a quarter piece of toasted bread.
