Sweet Chocolate Kolbasa
A favorite recipe from my childhood, this name came from the shape and how it looks when cut into portions this dessert. Delicious sweet dessert that can be prepared in advance and kept in the freezer. Adding nuts isn’t necessary if you’re allergic to them (or don’t like them).

Sweet Chocolate Kolbasa Recipe

Ingredients
- 300-350 g vanilla wafers or crisp biscuit
- 1 cup sugar
- 230 g butter unsalted
- 50 g cocoa
- 1 egg raw
- vanilla
- 0.5 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Bring the butter, sugar, and cocoa to a boil on low heat, stirring all the time. Set aside and let cool.
- In the cooled mixture, add the beaten egg, vanilla, walnuts and biscuits broken into small pieces. Mix well.
- Divide into 2 or 3 pieces and wrap each piece in plastic, twisting the ends. Put in a freezer for 5-10 hours. Before serving, cut into slices and leave for 5-10 min in room temp.
