  1. Put the strawberries in a large saucepan and fill with sugar. Leave for 2-3 hours.
  2. Add the herbs in a saucepan and cook over medium heat jam for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the foam and let cool for 30 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars.
