Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 350 g cane sugar
- 18 basil leaves
- 15 mint leaves
- 6-8 sprigs lemon thyme
Instructions
- Put the strawberries in a large saucepan and fill with sugar. Leave for 2-3 hours.
- Add the herbs in a saucepan and cook over medium heat jam for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the foam and let cool for 30 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars.
