Spicy Spanish Shrimp

Easy, quick recipe, lots of rich flavor, and spicy. I use fresh large pink shrimp and cooked them in a clay pot, but you can use frozen shrimp (thawed before cooking and dry on a napkin) and a frying pan, which holds heat for a long time. Serve the shrimp hot straight from the  pan.

  1. Chop the garlic into slices and the pepper into rings (for more spiciness, you can leave the seeds). In a frying pan heat the olive oil, lightly fry the garlic and pepper, then add shrimp, salt and fry for about 3-5 minutes stirring all the time. Turn off the heat, cover and wait a few min. Then sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately.
