Ingredients
- 800 g pork
- 200 g enoki mushrooms
- piece of ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- small bunch of green onions
- 2-4 pinches red hot pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 3-4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hoysin sauce
- 2 tsp sherry
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp honey
- peanut oil
Instructions
- Cut the pork into strips and the bottoms off enoki mushrooms. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Mix the hot pepper, soy and hoisin sauce, sherry, sesame oil and honey in a bowl.
- Preheat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute, then add the meat and fry another 3 minutes. Next add the mushrooms. Fry until the meat is cooked through, for about 5 minutes, then pour in the sauce, add the green onions, stir and remove from heat.
