I made delicious risotto today, first time with red tomato sauce. So flavorful! Tomato risotto with garlic oregano butter and burrata. I also added some mozzarella small cubes to the risotto, fresh tomatoes cubes to the sauce (1:1 canned and fresh), and more garlic to the butter.
Made tomato jam again, this recipe is so easy and jam is very tasty! Every day I pick lots of Tomatoes from my garden, now I have another idea to use them toast with cream cheese and tomato jam
