How cool is this? Use the pumpkin as the serving bowl for this Rice and Vegetables dish. If you don’t like rice with fruits, substitute meat instead, and add different herbs. Rice can be replaced with potatoes too.

Love my garden

I love gardening so much, it makes my world beautiful. I have a vegetable/herb garden, flower gardens, fruit trees and berries. When I am outside I feel happy, too bad we don’t have nice weather all year but when we do, we are gardening! 😉

I bought a new mold for cakes, miniature bundt pans, and decided to try it out immediately. The weather is perfect for baking and the fall holidays are coming soon so the shape of bundt pans resemble little pumpkins. Grape jam

After picking grapes at the winery, we got to keep a couple buckets of red grapes; some of them went for wine, and some for a sweet &sour tasty jam. I think it was the last jam I will make this year. Now my kitchen cabinets are full of some delicious sweets! (more…)...
