Mushroom and pepper appetizer, can be served both hot or cold. You can use champignons or baby bella mushrooms like I used here. If you cook this appetizer in a large quantity, you can store it for 2-3 days in jars in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
- 80 g vegeta
- 0.5-1 tsp salt or to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp honey
- a small bunch of dill
Instructions
- Seed the bell pepper then slice it with the mushrooms.
- Fry bell pepper in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes in a frying pan or wok, then add the honey, salt, black pepper and mushrooms. Stir and fry 1-2 min.
- Next pour the lemon juice, stir and cook for another minute.
- Place the mushrooms and bell pepper in a bowl, add finely chopped dill, stir and leave for 30-60 minutes.
