Mushroom and pepper appetizer, can be served both hot or cold. You can use champignons or baby bella mushrooms like I used here. If you cook this appetizer in a large quantity, you can store it for 2-3 days in jars in the refrigerator.

  1. Seed the bell pepper then slice it with the mushrooms.
  2. Fry bell pepper in vegetable oil for about 2 minutes in a frying pan or wok, then add the honey, salt, black pepper and mushrooms. Stir and fry 1-2 min.
  3. Next pour the lemon juice, stir and cook for another minute.
  4. Place the mushrooms and bell pepper in a bowl, add finely chopped dill, stir and leave for 30-60 minutes.
