- 1 large potato
- half clove of garlic
- 120 g small pickled mushrooms
- green onions
- 150 g beef
- 60 g grated hard cheese
- Boil potatoes and peel off skin then cut into medium-sized circles. Boil the beef, add a little salt, cool and chop. Chop green onions. Finely chop garlic, then mix with mayonnaise. Put salad in layers inside a metal ring on the plate: first potatoes, then spread a layer of mayonnaise, lay out the mushrooms, then sprinkle with green onions and put the meat on the top. Then spread a layer of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with cheese. Remove the ring and garnish with parsley or mushrooms.
