Homemade Khinkali

I love when my kids ask me what can they cook for dinner, or they have some ideas of what they want to make. Today Nicole made khinkali, one of our favorite dishes from the country of Georgia; she loves them more than pelmeni, and they are more flavorful with a delicious bouillon inside. For the dough, I used: 500g of flour, 200 ml water, and 1/2 tsp of salt.
