For this recipe I used peaches since they are sweet with light acidity and perfectly suited to the delicate whipped cream. Instead of peaches you can use any other fruit or berries to your taste.

Ingredients
- 1 can (425g) peaches sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Whip the cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes, add honey and beat again until thick.
- Cut the peaches into medium cubes and put in the middle of the pancakes, top with the whipped cream, wrap and serve with more whipped cream on top or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
