Very tasty, tender creamy mushrooms with sauce on crispy garlic toast. These mushrooms can be cooked without bacon for vegetarians or serve them with meat or chicken. My family loves them!

  1. Cut the mushrooms into 3-4 parts. Finely chop the bacon and parsley.
  2. Grill the bread on both sides, then rub with the garlic.
  3. Preheat a frying pan with the olive oil. First fry the mushrooms for 7-10 minutes, then add the bacon and herbs and cook for about 2 more minutes more. Add salt and pepper, pour the cream, cook and stir until the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Put the mushrooms on top of the toast and serve immediately.
